What happens after you apply:

Step 1: Our loan officer calls you the same day during office hours to confirm your application details and discuss the loan amount.
Step 2: We arrange a time for you to visit our office at 301 Ubi Ave 1 #01-279. This is a MinLaw requirement — physical identity verification is required before any loan is disbursed. The visit takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3: Your loan officer walks through every line of the contract with you before you sign. Principal, interest rate, admin fee, monthly repayment, total repayable amount. You sign only when you fully understand and agree.
Step 4: Funds are disbursed the same day you sign — cash or bank transfer. If you do not qualify, we will tell you before you make the trip.
